In-Home withdrawal service
At Prime Care and Share, we offer compassionate and discreet in-home withdrawal support, ensuring participants receive the care they need in a familiar and secure environment. Our trained professionals provide round-the-clock assistance, monitoring health and well-being while offering emotional encouragement throughout the process. We work collaboratively with healthcare specialists to develop tailored care plans, ensuring a safe and steady journey toward recovery. With sensitivity and understanding, we strive to create a space where participants feel supported every step of the way.
Am I eligible?
Live in the council areas of Goldcoast, Brisbane, Ipswich , Caboolture and Sunshine Coast you must:
- Have low to moderate levels of substance dependence and complexity
- Be aged 12 years or over
- Have suitable accommodation for the withdrawal period
- Have a support person, over 18 years of age, that will be living with you during the withdrawal stage
Who are the staff?
The In-Home Withdrawal Service staff include Alcohol and Drug Workers, Nurses, and Peer Practitioners with the support of GPs overseeing the care.
